BECU has some competitive rates on its certificates of deposits. The top yield is 5.35% APY for a Jumbo 60-month CD (minimum deposit $100K). Some other Jumbo CD rates include a 5.16% APY for a 12-month term and 5.20% APY for 18, 24 and 30 month terms. The rates for a $50K minimum are about 10 basis points lower, and the rates for a $500 minimum are about 20 basis points lower. The IRA certificates have similar rates.
